The blade is carefully hand forged using 15N20 & 1095 steel through a process of layering, welding, hammering, and shaping. This traditional forging process creates a distinctive Damascus pattern on every blade, giving each knife its own unique appearance similar to a fingerprint. Damascus steel has outstanding properties of strength, hardness, and edge retention. We amplify these properties through controlled heat treatment and oil quenching to develop strength throughout the blade. The blade achieves approximately HRC 58-60 on the Rockwell Scale for dependable outdoor cutting performance.

Scales & Handle Detail:

The elegant handle is handcrafted using exotic olive wood selected for its distinctive natural grain and appearance. The handle is carefully finished and sealed to help protect the wood from moisture, drying, and everyday outdoor conditions. Full tang construction extends the blade steel through the handle for added strength, balance, and durability. A Damascus steel guard complements the blade while providing additional hand protection.
