The Thor blade is carefully crafted by combining 1095 and VG10 steel through repeated layering, welding, hammering, and finishing. This process creates the distinctive Damascus pattern across the blade, giving every knife its own individual appearance.

The blade is heat treated to approximately HRC 62–65 hardness, providing a strong balance of sharpness, durability, strength, and edge retention for everyday and outdoor use.
